Nonprofit Leaders Conference for Coastal & SW Washington
26 & 27 October 2009 Ocean Shores, WA
This FIRST Annual Conference, held at the Ocean Shores Convention Center, will provide opportunities to nonprofits leaders, board members, professional staff and volunteers, particularly in Grays Harbor, Mason, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties, as well as coastal Jefferson and Clallam counties:
- for training by professionals with extensive, Northwest nonprofit experience;
- for networking and identifying common goals and needs; and,
- to meet with grantmakers, in formal and casual settings.
We are offering workshops and seminars to help nonprofits who are facing unusually severe financial challenges just when the need is greatest.
The presence of Grantmakers will also help Nonprofits put names and faces to those they are asking for funds, and take the steps necessary to better help their organizations seek grant support for those they serve.
Limited scholarships are available. We can provide some gasoline credits and prepaid hotel accommodations, as well as registration credits. Please contact us early and let us know how we can help.
