Non-Profit Boards: Growth Starts at the Top
This dinner session is a separate event from the rest of the Conference and for nonprofit board members. You may register for this event only. The entire conference attendance is not required. The Board Workshop charge is additional to the conference fees. Dinner is included in the fee.
Scholarships
Please contact us in writing (email is fine), explain why your organization needs our help for you to attend the Conference and what type of help you need. We will cover registration fees and prepay hotel rooms, as our budget allows. We are unable to pay for meals or other extras. We awarded the first scholarships in early September, and have received additional grant money which allows us to make more awards. Please let us know if we can help you come to the Conference.
Confirmation
Registration confirmation will be e-mailed or mailed to all registered attendees.

Exhibit Hall
We encourage you to bring an exhibit to display and spend at least some time sharing information on your organization, fundraising, etc. Mark on your Registration Form if you will want an exhibit table.
Display tables are 30'' by 8' or 30" by 6', your choice. They will have skirts. Let us know if you need electricity to your display. You may not put anything on the wall, but there are T-bars that hang from a high slot which allow you to hang things from their hooks above your display table. Let us know how many you will need. [Your organization may, for instance, have a banner with eyelets. You could hang it from two T-bars, one at each end.]
We do encourage you, during the Shores Social on Monday afternoon the 26th , or during breakfast or breaks, to have someone at your display to talk about your organization, answer questions, etc. We can provide chairs at your table or you may stand next to it, or both.
You may share a table with another attending organization. You my also simply bring printed material on your organization that may be displayed or made available on a central table shared with all attendees.
The Convention Center will be locked overnight Monday night, but can assume no responsibility for anything stolen or damaged. Nor do the sponsors of the Conference, their organizations or the City of Ocean Shores accept any responsibility. We suggest that you take any valuables with you when you leave the building and that you do not leave computers, video equipment, blackberries, etc. unattended at any time. The outer doors to the building will be open during the Conference for the convenience of the attendees.
